Paula Doyle
Hello! My name is Paula Doyle, and I love quilts and quilting. I design quilt patterns and make quilts in my Green Mountain Quilts Studio, in Surrey, England. My speciality is making quilts which use simplified techniques and tools to make them achievable and enjoyable to every quilter. I am the author of Mini Mosaic Quilts ( C&T Publishing 2012), and Easy Stack Quilts (C&T Publishing 2018), and in 2025 I designed the Quilt-as-you-go Ravioli Template, which is used to upcycle jeans and other fabrics into amazing cuddly quilts.

This quilt is called Yukata Bee Quilting, and it was made in 2021 for exhibition at Festival of Quilts U.K., where it was awarded second place in the Contemporary Quilts category. It was made using techniques detailed in my Easy Stack Quilts book, available to purchase for £26 + shipping.
RAVIOLI quilts are reversible, and can be made any size.
This little 20 RAVIOLI quilt is great as a dog bed or personal picnic seating rug, and was made using just one pair of repurposed blue jeans, some flannel from shirting fabrics, and leftover wadding/batting squares.
